Enrollment:
Enrollment is nothing but your device is registered with your organization. This step ensures
that you're authorized to access your organization's email, apps, and Wi-Fi. Your organization's device
management policies are applied to your device. Policies can include requirements for things like
device passwords and encryption. The purpose of these requirements is to keep your device and your
organization's data secure from unauthorized access.
Enrollments must done by the end users.

Android Enrollment:
Personal Android Device:
1: Open the Play Store, Search for Company portal application and Click Install
2: Open the Company Portal by click Open option

Corporate Android Device:
1. To enroll your Android Device, you first need to perform
a Factory reset. After the reset start the device. On the
Sign in page enter the code below instead of your
google account and press “Next”.

2. The following page will appear, press “Accept & continue” -> “Next” and accept the
“Google service terms”.

3. On the Enroll this device press “Next”.
4. Press “Allow” to use the camera to scan the QR Code or press “Enter code”.

you will need to login to start the enrollment
Windows Enrollment:
Corporate Windows Devices.
1. Open Company Portal and sign in with your work or school account.
2. On the Set up your device screen, select Next.

3. On the Connect to work screen, select Connect.
4. When prompted to, sign in with your work or school account again. If you're using the Company
Portal website, the prompt may open in a new window.

5. On the Setting up your device screen, select Go.
6. After setup is complete, return to the Connect to work screen and select Next > Done to exit setup.
Personal Windows Devices.
1. On the device, select Start > Settings > Accounts > Access Work or School.
2. Select Enroll only in device management.

IOS Enrollment:
Download the Company Portal app from the App Store:
1. Launch the Company Portal app:
2. Sign in with your Azure AD credentials.
3. Once signed in, you will be presented with the steps required
to complete enrollment, tap Begin.
4. Once signed in, you will be presented with the steps required to
complete enrollment, tap Begin.
5. At the Device management and your privacy screen, carefully
review what the employer can see and not see on a device, and
tap Continue
6. Tap Continue on the Setup company portal Access screen.

7. On the Setup Contoso access screen, tab Continue
8. On the How to install Management Profile screen, go to the Home Screen on the device.

9. On the home screen, tap Settings, Within Settings tap General profile.

11. Enter your device’s passcode, Tap Install to install the profile
12. On Warning tap Install
13. On Remote Management dialog box tap Trust, then press done.
14. Go back to the Company Portal app and on the Allow “Comp Portal” to use your location? dialog
box tab Allow while using app.

[Link] this point the device is now enrolled into Intune MDM, and if there are any apps that are
required to be installed – they will start to be pushed down.

[Link] will now check to see if the device adheres to any compliance policies
[Link] here you can navigate the Company Portal app and see apps that are available for
download

MAC Device Enrollment.
First download Company Portal from store.
1. Sign into Company Portal with your work or school account.
2. When the app opens, select Begin.
3. Review what your organization can and can't see on your enrolled device. Then
select Continue.
4. On the Install management profile screen, select Download profile.
5. Your device's system preferences will open.
a. Select Install and then select Install again.
b. If you’re prompted to, enter your device password.

6. Once the profile is installed, it will appear in the profiles list under Management
Profile.
7. Return to Company Portal.
8. Your organization might require you to update your device settings. When you're done
updating settings, select Retry.
9. When setup is complete, select Done.
