activities and foundational efforts already undertaken by TUV Rheinland and CEER. The
outlined actions for June, July, and August 2025 are designed to follow through on those
earlier phases and bring the system to full maturity.
By executing this plan, CEER’s HSEMS is expected to achieve maturity and readiness
include:
Alignment with ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements through
structured documentation, implementation, and review processes.
Embedding standardized HSE practices across CEER operations, including
inspection routines, risk management procedures, emergency preparedness, and
environmental controls.
Equipping relevant personnel with the necessary training, tools, and awareness to
actively support and sustain HSE initiatives on-site.

Completing internal audits, resolving non-conformities, and conducting the HSE
Management Review.
Through this approach, CEER will be positioned with a fully implemented, operational, and
audit-ready HSEMS strengthening compliance, fostering a strong HSE culture, and
enabling continuous performance improvement.
