Good morning, Centurions! Welcome to the Basketball Tournament of Centurion
Security Agency Year 2023!
My name’s Sheina and I, Blessie/Kim, your emcees for today! Last najud ni sir ha kay di
lalim magbuhat script. Chos
I can see that all the participants are highly enthusiastic about today! But the best part
about today is, that we get to see friendship, teamwork and most importantly, we get to
see the sports-man spirit that we, the Centurions have in us!
To formally begin the ceremony, may I request everyone to please stand for the opening
prayer led by Mr. Jorge Pogoy, followed by the singing of our Philippine National Anthem.
Finally no after pila ka years hiatus ang atong tournament, nabalik na gyud siya karun
Ms. _____. Excited na ba ka? Excited na ba ang tanan? Ready na mushoot sa bola?
Without further ado, may we call on Mr. Roberto Curiba for the roll call of all the
participant teams with their muses!

At this juncture, one of the highlights in our ceremonies will be the lighting of the symbolic
torch. May we call all the captain ball of every team to please gather at the center

Now to remind us that at the end of the day, this is all just a game, that no matter who
wins or loses at the end, we are to remain the camaraderie we built through the years,
may we call Mr. Efren Sasam for the Oath of Sportmanship.

Before we finally end this ceremony, may I leave this motivational quote from the
basketball legend, Michael Jordan, “It’s better to shoot and miss, than to let time run out
and wonder what if.”
