WHY NOT NEPAL

One of the main reasons why I decided to not study in Nepal is because of the outdated
education system.

In Nepal, the learning is based majorly on theoretical knowledge. There is very low chance of
getting practical exposure and research-based learning. This method of learning is very
ineffective and will not equip me with skills of global standard.

The Nepalese degrees are not globally recognized which will limit my opportunities in the
future.
In Nepal, there are very less chances of internship during or even after studies. All the learning
is book based.
Considering these reasons , I decided not to continue my studies in Nepal

WHY NOT OTHER COUNTIRES

Well, I did not apply to other countries but I had done research about USA, Canada and
Australia.

In USA, I found out that the crime rate was very high which made me feel uncomfortable with
the idea of applying to study in the USA.

Regarding Canada, the winter in Canada is very harsh, which makes it very difficult for
international students like me to adapt to the difficult environment. On top of this, the living
expense in Canada is rising with limited scope in the future for international students.

Talking about Aus, the overall tuition fees for masters is not affordable for me and the
application processing as an international student is also very tough, hectic and time
consuming.

Also, in these countries there are very less opportunities for work placement while studying the
course. But UK offers unique placement year opportunity which helps us develop skills of global
standard.
