No Propall
A Features & Capabilities
1 Input formats supported Upload 2D drawings / architectural plans in CAD,
SketchUp, PDF, JPG, PNG etc.
2 Visualisation types (2D/3D) Strong in 3D walkthroughs; static renderings;
panoramic images; video walkthroughs.
3 Interactivity & Customization Users/clients can customize furniture, lighting,
paint, materials etc. Walk through designs; share
links; explore rooms.
4 Device compatibility / sharing Compatible with all devices; works via browser;
clients need not install software; shareable
walkthroughs/links.
5 Speed / turnaround Very fast conversion of 2D plans into
walkthroughs; rendering “in minutes” etc.
6 Multiple layout scenarios / feasibility Probably limited to what visualisation; not clear if
Propall gives multiple layout‑optimisation
scenarios.
7 Compliance / regulations / metrics Doesn’t appear to emphasize regulatory
compliance or metrics (CO₂, energy, etc) in
material I saw; more on visualization &
marketing.
8 Use for marketing vs design / planning Strongly in visualisation & marketing: helping
clients visualise before construction; marketing
walkthroughs etc.
Process / How they would be used (for office space design)
1 Initial input / brief Client or designer provides 2D architectural
drawings, or sketches; plans.
2 Tool processes / setup Propall converts the 2D drawings into an
interactive 3D model; matches
furniture/light/materials; sets up environment.
3 Customization iteration Designer or client can change finishes, furniture,
lighting, colors etc; moving things around in 3D
walkthrough; exploring different materials etc.
4 Feasibility / metrics check Less emphasis on metrics; more on visuals and
marketing appeal. Might do renderings,
walkthroughs to evaluate feel.
5 Output deliverables 3D renderings; video walkthroughs; panoramic
views; perhaps VR/AR; shareable interactive
models.
6 Use cases Marketing, sales, client presentations; helping
non‑technical stakeholders visualise the
proposed office; pre‑construction visualisation.
7 Advantages Very strong visual appeal; good for
marketing/sales; helps clients imagine spaces;
faster visualisation; excellent for stakeholder
buy‑in.
8 Limitations Might not offer strong compliance / regulatory
checks; less emphasis on metrics and layout
optimisation; possibly more upfront on visual
quality, less on analytic decision support.

10 Current Work Flow Propall’s in-house design team will create the 3D
designs.
Rendered output will be shared in approximately
2 days.
Fee Structure: ₹15 per SFT based on built-up
area. Includes up to 4 design changes at no extra
cost.
11 Upcoming Module (New Feature) A new module will be launched on 1st week of
November 2025.
This will allow individual purchasers to directly
work on the software themselves.
Ideal for scaling the solution and allowing self-
service by end customers.
12 Next Steps Pilot Project Discussion:
For the pilot project, follow-up will be required
after the launch of the new module.
Propall and we will reconnect once the new
module is live.
Laiout
Upload building/office specs, floor‑plans;
input preferences (number of desks,
meeting rooms).
Produces floor plans (2D), also 3D
layouts/views; interactive options.
Layouts can be modified/refined; multiple
scenarios; perhaps live adjustments; agile
exploring of alternatives. laiout.
Likely browser/online; interactive;
embeddable; can show layouts during
meetings with clients.
Generates layout options almost instantly
once inputs given; supports real‑time
adjustments.
Has features for generating multiple
layout scenarios; feasibility studies;
metrics (cost, space usage, compliance).
Emphasizes compliance (building/safety
codes), sustainability metrics, cost/space
efficiency etc.
More in design/planning, especially early
layout, planning conversions, redesign;
also useful in marketing but more
design/planning heavy.
Provide office size, vision: number of
desks, meeting rooms, collaboration
spaces; upload existing plans or input
specs.
Laiout uses AI to generate possible
layouts meeting given specs; lays out
multiple options; calculates room sizes,
spatial allocations.
Users choose among layout options;
adjust room partitions, desk placement;
test different workspace models
(open/hybrid/private rooms etc).
Includes feasibility: cost estimates,
compliance with building / safety /
accessibility; space utilisation;
environmental or sustainability metrics;
possibly energy usage.
Floor plan options (2D & 3D), metrics &
comparison between options, refined
layout for construction/design, maybe
schematic or detailed layout.
Planning & programming; pre‑design;
optimisation; redesign; internal decision
making; regulatory approval; perhaps
cost savi
Better for planning & optimisation; helps
reduce cost via feasible layouts; supports
compliance & metrics; adaptable; good
for internal design iteration.
Visuals/renderings might be less polished
than dedicated visualisation tools; may
require good input; might be less strong
for photorealistic walkthroughs / lighting
effects etc.

Any 2D module added will automatically generate a 3D interactive
interface.
Rendering is cloud-based and takes approximately 40 minutes per module.
A stable and fast internet connection is required for smooth performance.
