X. Rationale:
The In-service Training (INSET) is being observed and conducted
by all schools under the Department of Education through the National
Educators Academy of the Philippines (NEAP) annually cognizance to
DepEd Order No. 009, s. 2024 titled “Implementing Guidelines on the
School Calendar and Activities for the School Year 2024-2025”.
The main goal of this program's implementation is to provide all
educational institutions with time for examination and evaluation of
the various initiatives and events taking place during the first semester
of the academic year. This is to improve also and enable educators to
participate in pertinent trainings by evaluating their prior work and
identifying opportunities for growth. The conclusions and outcomes of
the in-depth examination of this review will function as the foundation
for our school's issues to be discussed and resolved.
Further, the _school_________will provide a week-long training for
this year's INSET. It will focus on the top programs and initiatives that
the school considers to be the most crucial to the overall competency
of the faculty, students, and administration. Additionally, it will provide
a chance for all stakeholder concerns to be addressed and resolved
throughout that period. Depending on their needs as determined by
their performance, teachers may obtain pedagogical help as a result of
these activities.
XI. Terminal Objective:
To conduct intervention and remediation activities during INSET week.
XII. Enabling Objectives:
To strengthen rapport and unity among teachers by introducing the
School Based Learning Action Cell (SLAC) and other innovative
teaching-learning activities;
To tackle different activities and initiatives in the recent curriculum;
and
To be informed and be aware of the latest trends in the Department of
Education.

Conducted and completed the activities for the INSET with Approved
Training Designs and Post-Activity Report
