To Be...

When I was a child, I viewed the world as seemingly vague and unclear. I did not have
any dreams of becoming someone I wanted to be. I was just a child, not thinking about growing
up or having any specific profession that I would love to pursue. I simply existed, unburdened by
expectations or ambitions. My childhood was a journey of discovery and exploration, free from
thoughts of adulthood or professional aspirations.
As I grew older, my perspective began to shift. The world that once seemed vague and
unclear started to take shape. I began to develop interests and passions, and slowly, dreams and
aspirations emerged. I once dreamed of becoming a nurse because I love taking care of people
and assisting them when they are sick. But life had other plans for me; I felt that nursing was not
for me. The same goes for becoming a pharmacist. I tried to visualize myself in that role, but it
was all blurry, and I couldn’t see myself enjoying it if I pursued that career. With the career
choices I had, I stopped thinking about it and stumbled into a never-ending cycle of uncertainties
about my future. I became anxious and doubtful if I could truly know what I actually wanted to
pursue.
High school was a turning point when I faced new challenges and opportunities that
helped me understand my strengths and weaknesses. I started to see the importance of setting
goals and working towards them. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for art,
which has since become a significant part of my life. In my current situation, I have finally
identified my genuine interest and passion, which fuels my determination behind my future
aspirations. I am passionate about becoming a graphic designer, a career that aligns with my love
for art and creativity.
As I progressed, it dawned on me that growing up was not just about getting older; it was
about discovering who I am and what I want to achieve in life. There were paths that I thought
were for me and the only choice I needed to take. But changes are inevitable, and I embrace
them. There are certain aspects of our lives where we feel like giving up because we do not know
the direction we are heading. It might make us feel afraid and anxious, but we should take risks,
explore, and listen to our inner voices and passions. Life is full of chances and opportunities, and
it does not end when you feel lost. As we look back on our journey, let us cherish the memories,
learn from our experiences, and carry forward the lessons that have molded us. Like a river
carving its path, our experiences shape us, and our determination guides us to our destiny.
