behalf of the Tinongan Women’s Small Vendors Association (TINWOSVVA) to
express our sincere interest in applying for a livelihood project through the
Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). Our organization is dedicated
to empowering women in our community by providing them with
opportunities for sustainable income generation and personal development.

The Tinongan Women’s Small Vendors Association (TINWOSVVA) consists of


413 women who are committed to improving their livelihoods and uplifting
their families. We have identified several potential projects that align with
