Dear Sir,
This has reference to your application and subsequent interview with us we have pleasure in offering
you an employment in our organization as “Electrician” with effect from 18-03-2023 with the
following terms and conditions.

 Your consolidated salary shall be Rs.20000/-(Twenty Thousand only) per month.


 The management reserves the right on its absolute discretion to terminate you from service
without assigning any reason and without notice if it considers that it is no longer desirable
to allow you to continue your service.
 You make take only seven days casual leave and fifteen days sick leave on proper ground as
per rules of the company.
 You shall be entitled to EL after confirmation.
 You will be governed by the rules of company.

Please return the carbon copy of this letter duly signed as a token of your acceptance of the terms and
conditions stipulated above.
