Position Title Details


Sr. Java Developer

Position Objective
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java development with a strong understanding of
JPA, Drools Rule Engine, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. You will be
responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications that
are scalable and robust.
Key Responsibilities & Skill Requirements
 Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot and JPA.
 Design and implement Microservices and integrate them with RESTful APIs.
 Work with Drools Rule Engine to define and manage business rules efficiently.
 Ensure code quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
 Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
 Follow best practices in software development, security, and version control.

Unique Skills and Qualifications


 Strong proficiency in Java and JPA.
 Experience working with Drools Rule Engine.
 Expertise in Spring Boot framework.
 Hands-on experience with Microservices and REST API development.
Good to Have Skills:
 Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as GKE (Google
Kubernetes Engine) and Cloud Storage.
 Knowledge of Kafka for event-driven architecture.
