lost work day cases.

c. Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR)


The number of lost time injuries (fatalities + Lost workday cases) incidents per
1,000,000 man hours worked

d. Lost Work day case


Any work related injury other than a fatal injury which results in a person being
unfit for work on any day after the day of occurrence of the occupational injury.
