Computer Training Program for Students (Class 6–12)

1. Objective
To equip students from class 6 to class 12 with age-appropriate computer knowledge and digital skills,
enabling them to use technology effectively for study, creativity, and future career readiness.

2. Program Structure (Progressive Levels)


Level 1: Foundation (Class 6–7)
• Introduction to Computers (hardware & software basics)
• File & Folder Management
• MS Word basics (typing, formatting, saving documents)
• Paint & Creative Tools
• Internet basics & safe browsing
• Digital Safety & Password Awareness

Level 2: Building Skills (Class 8)


• MS Office (Word: tables, images; PowerPoint: basic slides; Excel: simple formulas)
• Email writing & attachments
• Internet search skills & identifying fake sites
• Multimedia introduction (audio/video in presentations)
• Typing practice & keyboard shortcuts

Level 3: Applied Knowledge (Class 9–10)
