PROGRAM PROPOSAL

Mr. and Ms. Intramurals 2025


Eusebio Lopez Memorial Integrated School

I. Title of the Activity:


"Mr. and Ms. Intramurals: Upholding Team Spirit and Unleashing the Fun through Sports"

II. Rationale:
The Mr. and Ms. Intramurals is an annual event that not only highlights the beauty, talent, and
intelligence of ELMIS students but also serves as a major income-generating project to support the
school's sports and MAPEH-related activities. For 2025, the event aims to allocate 70% of its
collection on fundraising and logistical sustainability projects, (IGP) and 20% will cover the expenses
of the pageant including but not limited to the documentation, certificates, and miscellaneous cost.
While the remaining 10% will be returned to the candidates as fund for their expenses during the
event.

III. Objectives:
- To raise funds for the 2025 Intramurals and other student activities.
- To showcase the confidence, wit, and sportsmanship of student representatives.
- To strengthen camaraderie and school spirit among students, teachers, and stakeholders.
- To enhance the planning and organizing skills of MAPEH teachers and student leaders.

Objectives of Intramurals:
The objectives of intramurals may vary depending on the specific goals of the institution;
however, they generally align and encompass the following competencies:
1. Physical Fitness: Promote regular physical activity to improve participants' overall health and
well-being.
2. Social Interaction: Foster a sense of community, friendship, and belonging within the

3. Skill Development: Provide opportunities for individuals to learn and enhance various skills,
including teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership. Promote friendly competition, fair play,
and good sportsmanship among participants. Execute the skills involved in the dance
(PE9RD-IIb-h-4)
4. Inclusivity: Encourage participation among a diverse range of individuals, regardless of their
athletic abilities. Nakagagawa ng hakbang na nagsusulong ng pagtanggap at paggalang sa
kasarian na nagtataguyod ng pagkakapantay-pantay ng tao bilang kasapi ng pamayanan
(AP10- week 7-8)
5. Entertainment and Enjoyment: Create an environment where participants can have fun and
enjoy their leisure time. Discuss different methods, techniques and procedures in making
fashion, accessory projects/products (TLE_HEHC9-12PA-IIa-e-6)
6. Personal Growth: Offer a platform for personal growth, self-discovery, and the development
of character traits such as determination and resilience. Napagninilayan ang mga
mahahalagang hakbang na ginawa upang mapaunlad ang kanyang talento at kakayahan
ayon sa kanyang hilig, mithiin, lokal at global na demand (EsP9PK-IVa-13.2)
7. Student Engagement: Enhance the overall student or employee experience by providing
extracurricular activities that contribute to a well-rounded education or work environment.
Expresses a sense of purpose and belongingness by participating in physical activity – related
community services and programs (PE10PF-IIC-H-48)
GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Candidates must be a bonafide student of ELMIS and must come from their respective team.
2. Each team must have (2 or 3 pairs) 3 male and 3 female representatives. Either from SSC/STE or
from STVEP/Regular STEM/ HUMMS/ TECHPRO classes to give equal opportunity to
everyone.
3. Coaches must submit the names of the finalist on or before August 11, 2025.
4. Candidates must submit parent consent signed by parents allowing their child to join the pageant.
5. This year’s pageant will award three crowns specifically:
-Mr. & Ms. Intramurals 2024
-Mr. & Ms. Charity 2024
6. The following are the categories for Mr. and Ms. INTRAMURALS 2025.
a. Production Number (School Uniform)
b. Sports Wear
c. White Collection
d. Question and Answer
7. For Mr. and Ms. Charity 2025, the candidate having the highest amount of money will get the
crown.
8. The following are the Minor Awards during the coronation night.
- Best in Production Number
- Best in Sports wear
- Best in White Collection
- People's Choice Award (Whoever has the 1st highest counting collected amount of money will
be declared as winner)
- Social Media Icon (Whoever has the highest reaction in their official pictures in the page
uploaded will be awarded. Note: Auto-reaction is subject for disqualification for this award)
9. The following are the additional Special Awards.
- Mr. and Ms. Photogenic
- Mr. and Ms. Telegenic
- Mr. and Ms. Congeniality
- (Other sponsorship/special awards will be identified by the candidates themselves, just submit
30 pesos for the sash. Deadline for the submission of sponsors will be on August 25, 2025.)
10. After identifying the top 5 finalists, scores will reset and back to zero following the criteria
below:

For Scoring:
Beauty, body and stage presence 50%
Brain 50%
Total 100%

11. Winners will be determined according to the total rank of each candidate.
- Mr. and Ms. Charity 2025 (rank 1 in money)
- Mr. and Ms. Intramurals 2025 (overall winner from pageant and money)
- Ambassador and Ambassadress of Sports (over all top 2)
- Ambassador and Ambassadress Education(over all top 3)
- 1st Place (over all top 4)
- 2nd Place (over all top 5)

 GUIDELINES FOR THE MR. AND MISS CONGENIALITY


1. The candidates must attend the practice regularly. The committee will monitor the attendance
during practices.
2. The candidates must show respect to the administration, teachers, students, to the Search
Committee, and most of all to his/her co — candidate.
3. The selection for this award are as follows:
A. Voting among the candidates 50%

B. Attendance during practices 25%

C. Deportment 25%

 GUIDELINES FOR PHOTOSHOOT


1. The candidates should attend to the scheduled pictorial on August 19,2025 at 8:00-5:00 PM.
2. The Candidates will provide the following:
- Sports Wear Attire
- There will be no more re-shooting.
- Bring your own foods/snacks and water.

 GUIDELINES FOR SPORTS WEAR


1. Candidates should provide their sports attire.
2. No swimsuit or trunk is allowed. Bicycle & Motorcycle are not allowed. Props are optional.
3. Criteria for judging Sportswear are as follows:

4. Judge’s decision is final and irrevocable

1. Candidates will wear official School Uniform of JHS and SHS.
2. Criteria for judging the Production are as follows.
-Choice of Outfit and suitability 30%
-Mastery 20%
-Beauty/looks 30%
-Overall Impact 10%
-Audience Appeal 10%

1. Candidates must wear predominantly white attire that showcases elegance, creativity and
personality.
2. Criteria for judging the Production are as follows.
-Choice of Outfit and suitability 30%
-Stage Presence 20%
-Beauty/looks 30%
-Overall Impact 10%
-Audience Appeal 10%

 GUIDELINES FOR PEOPLES’ CHOICE AWARD


1. Each candidate must provide a box with their Grade level and it will place at the management
table.
2. There will be a time allotment for casting of votes in any monetary amount.
First Counting: Friday, August 22, 2025 at JHS Comlab 3:00 PM
2nd & Last Counting: Monday September 1, 2025 at JHS Comlab 3 PM.
3. The candidate who garnered the 1st highest counting money will be declared as the winner.
4. A separate award for People’s Choice Award for Female and People’s Choice Award for Male.
5. Each team must secure technique on how to win this category.
