A network is a group of connected devices or people that communicate and share

resources. In computing, it's a system of two or more computers or devices linked by


cables or Wi-Fi to exchange data. More broadly, it can refer to a system of
interconnected lines (like a transportation or communication network), a group of related
or connected parts (like a network of veins), or a group of people with shared interests
or contacts.

 Computer network:

A system of computers and other devices (like printers and phones) connected to share
information and resources.

 Client-server network:

A common type of network where a central server provides resources and services to
other computers, called clients.

 Peer-to-peer network:

A simple network of two or more computers that have equal privileges and can share
resources directly with each other.

 The Internet:

worldwide.
