a. Enhancing Teaching Competence and Pedagogical Skills (Research based Strategies in
Elementary)
b. Early Language, Literacy and Numeracy Program
c.. Navigating Complexity: A Guide to Implementing a Multi-Factored Assessment
Tool (MFAT)
d. Capacity Building on the Administration and Utilization of Aral Assessment Tool
e. Inclusive Education
2. The participants are the school head, Kinder to grade 6 teachers, master teachers, floating
teacher
Attendance to this activity is a must.
3. The activity aims to:
To strengthen teachers’ mastery of instructional design and classroom delivery
To improve reading and numeracy skills of the K to 3 learners following the
K to 12 program; strengthen teacher’s capability to teach and assess reading and
numeracy skills effectivity.
To identify the strengths and weaknesses of learners in Grade 1 which would
require appropriate intervention/s and proper placement. It will also assist teachers
for instructional planning and educational placement of learners
Equip teachers with strategies to use ARAL results in planning interventions,
remediations and enrichment activities
