Android Lead Task: Build a 4-Tab Social Feed App
(React Native/Expo or Native Android)
🎯 Task Overview
Goal:
Design and build an Android app with a modern, scalable UI. The app should
have 4 tabs:
● Feed: Shows random text posts. Users can like, comment, and share posts.
● Profile: User profile details (name, avatar, etc.).
● Settings: App settings (theme, notifications, etc.).
● Images: Fetches and displays random images from the internet.
Authentication:
● Implement authentication using any third-party provider (e.g., Google,
Facebook, Firebase Auth, Auth0, etc.).
● You are free to use any authentication method or library.
Like & Share Functionality:
● Users should be able to like and share posts in the Feed tab.
● Sharing can use Android's native share intent or any third-party library.
You may use either React Native (Expo preferred) or Native Android
(Java/Kotlin)—use whichever you’re most comfortable with.
Optional Advanced Task
● In the Feed section, add functionality to fetch the feed according to 1st, 2nd,
and 3rd degree filters (similar to LinkedIn). You may use Neo4j (graph
database) or any technology you prefer for this feature.
● Drop me a mail if you're confident to build this with a proper design diagram
and tech stack! (Optional) gaganbhardwaj514@[Link]
