A RESOLUTION EARNESTLY REQUESTING HONORABLE JOELLE MATHEA S. PANGANIBAN,


MUNICIPAL OF ANGADANAN, THROUGH THE AVANSE TO DONATE 40” INCHES LED TV FOR THE
SCHOOL.

EXCEPTS FROM THE MINUTED OF THE PARENT TEACHERS ASSOCIATION HELD LAST JUNE 24, 2019
AT ANGADANAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL.

WHEREAS, the school is currently mobilizing its learning facilities and equipment improved campaign
for the provision of quality experiences to our learners.

WHEREAS, the school is still needing equipment, one is a set of Led TV to be placed in the
LRC (Learning Resources Center) to be used for instruction and film viewing.

WHEREAS, the above-mentioned instructional materials will facilitate effective teaching-learning


Process.

WHEREAS, the school has no funds available procurement of the said equipment.

WHEREAS, the Administration, Faculty and Staff, and General Parent-Teachers Association (GPTA)
Request the support of HONORABLE JOELLE MATHEA S. PANGANIBAN, MUNICIPAL MAYOR OF
ANGADANAN, to donate 40” Led TV for the school.

WHEREAS, a motion to speak assistance of HONORABLE JOELLE MATHEA S. PANGANIBAN, in funding


The 40” inches Led TV was raised during the joint meeting of the Board of Directors and officers of
The Parent- Teachers Association (GPTA)

WHEREFORE, on motion of MR. ROLANDO FABIE, GPTS President, duly seconded by MS. MARIVIC
SIYANG, FSA President and upon unanimous accord, BE IT;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors and officers of the Parent-
Teachers Association (PTS), Faculty and Staff, express their overwhelming gratitude to HONORABLE
JOELLE MATHEA S. PANGANIBAN, MUNICIPAL MAYOR OF ANGADANAN, in anticipation of her
Generous support to the Angadanan National High School community;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that a copy of this resolution be furnished the HORONABLE JOELLE MATHEA
S. PANGANIBAN, for her favorable consideration and immediate response.
