accounting and finance. During college, I interned at XYZ Ltd. where I learned practical
bookkeeping and GST filing. I enjoy problem-solving and working with numbers, and I’m eager to
begin my career in a role where I can grow and contribute to the finance team.'

2. What Are Your Strengths?

Why they ask: To see if your strengths match the job.
Tip: Choose 2–3 real strengths, support with examples.

suddenly lost a member, I quickly took over their tasks and helped the team complete the project on
time. I’m also detail-oriented, which helps me avoid errors in work.'

3. What Are Your Weaknesses?

Why they ask: To check honesty and self-awareness.
Tip: Mention a real weakness but explain how you’re improving it.

Tip: Highlight skills that match the job description.
Sample Answer: 'You should hire me because I bring not only technical skills but also dedication
and willingness to learn. During my internship, I was able to quickly learn new software and train my
teammates on it. I believe my ability to adapt and my enthusiasm will allow me to contribute to your
team effectively.'

5. Where Do You See Yourself in 5 Years?

Why they ask: To check ambition and career clarity.

developing my skills to align with the company’s growth.'

into smaller tasks, communicated clearly, and helped wherever possible (Action). As a result, we
