What is this type of insurance?


This motor insurance policy is designed to insure your hire and reward use of your own motor vehicle only whilst delivering food or parcels
on behalf of a work provider and on your following journey. Cover for social, domestic and pleasure use is excluded and must be insured
by a separate annual insurance policy covering the same vehicle. Your cover levels under this policy will match the cover level of your
underlying social, domestic and pleasure insurance (i.e. Third Party Only, Third Party Fire & theft, or Comprehensive).

What is insured? What is not insured?


Your cover level will match the cover level of your X Use of the vehicle for a purpose not stated in the
underlying social, domestic & pleasure insurance policy or by a person not covered by the policy

X This policy does not provide cover for liability
Third Party Only: relating to loss of or damage to goods in transit.

Are there any restrictions on cover?


! You must have a separate underlying social, domestic & pleasure insurance policy in force at all times on the motor
vehicle
! The excess shown on your policy schedule will be deducted from any claim payments we make to you
! We will not pay for damages arising from intention or unlawful acts
! We will not pay more than the market value for the motor vehicle
! We will not pay any claims if you have provided us with false information
! We will not provide a courtesy car when your vehicle is being repaired

Where am I covered?
✔ This insurance is only valid in the United Kingdom
What are my obligations?
• You must answer our questions honestly, accurately and provide true and complete information and tell us of any
changes in your circumstances that may affect your insurance and the cover provided
• You must report any accident or incident that arises under this motor policy as soon as you become aware of it, whether
you believe you are at fault or not
• If you report a theft claim, you must also notify the police
• You must comply with all the conditions set out in the policy
• You must keep your Zego account topped up at all times in order to purchase Zego Courier Flex insurance

When and how do I pay?


● You must make an initial payment to add credit to your account (‘Zego balance’). You will be charged at the end of
each shift you work from your Zego balance, depending on the number of hours that you were covered for
● Your Zego balance will be automatically topped up whenever the balance falls below £5. You select the exact amount
of the automatic top up when you add your card details and top up for the first time

When does the cover start and end?

Cover under the Zego top up policy will only apply from the moment your accept a delivery order instruction and will end
when you have made your final delivery and completed your following journey. The exact start and end dates will be shown
on your policy schedule which is accessible via your Zego app.

How do I cancel the contract?


You will need to contact Zego directly to deactivate your Zego account. You can either send an email to support@[Link]
or call 020 3308 9800. As this is a short term ‘top up’ cover, no refund is available upon cancellation
