Daily Routine Plan for Inventory Manager

Morning (Before Work)


9:00 AM – 9:30 AM — Wake-Up & Warm-Up
• Drink a full glass of water.
• 10-minute light workout: 10 squats, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, stretching.
• Take a shower and eat a light breakfast (boiled egg + fruit + black coffee/water).
Goal: Energize your body, start metabolism early.

Workday (10 AM – 11 PM)


• Keep a water bottle near you — sip regularly (2.5–3 L/day).
• Maintain good posture while standing or sitting.
1 PM – Lunch: grilled chicken/fish, vegetables, rice. Avoid sugary drinks.
3–5 PM — 5-minute walk + deep breaths + music to relax.
