MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT : Spot Report
Date : August 01, 2025
1. On or about 1:00 PM of August 01, 2025, personnel of this office responded to a
reported stabbing incident transpired at #143 Slaughter Compound, Baguio City
wherein victim identified as Tom Dave alias Td ,22 years old, single, a 4th year
student of Baguio Central University and a resident of Slaughter Compound ,
Baguio City. Suspect identified as Gibo Salazar alias Gil ,23 years old, single, a
4th year student of the same school mentioned above and presently residing at
Rimando Road, Baguio City.
2. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that at about 1:00 PM of August
01,2025, alias Gil entered the house of alias Td, started a commotion, and with
an apparent reason, suspect went near to the victim then stabbed him multiple
times. Upon interview at the place of incident, according to the witness identified
as Jack Ammu, 35 years old, single, neighbor of the victim and a resident of
Slaughter Compound , Baguio City, that he heard a commotion coming from his
neighbor, then he heard the suspect uttered words in Ilocano dialect, “kin-inam,
na un-una kami nga nag-inayat, dapat shak ti asawa-en na, haan nga sika”, then
he went outside and saw the suspect and immediately recognized him as Gibo
Salazar, covered in blood running away from the scene.
3. As a result of the incident, victim sustained seven stabbed wounds, three
stabbed at his chest and four at his abdomen and was found dead on the spot by
the attending physician, Dr. Agi Naya. Suspect fled away after the incident in an
unknown direction.
4. Manhunt operation shall be conducted for the pursuit of the suspect.

SUBJECT : Progress Report
Date : August 03, 2025
1. On or about 1:00 PM of August 01, 2025, personnel of this office
responded to a reported stabbing incident transpired at #143 Slaughter Compound,
Baguio City wherein victim identified as Tom Dave, 22 years old, single, a 4th year
student of Baguio Central University and a resident of Slaughter Compound, Baguio
City. Suspect identified as Bernard Fabia alias Bogart, 23 years old, single, a 4th year
student of the same school mentioned above and presently residing at Rimando Road,
Baguio City.
2. The incident took place at about 1:00 PM of August 01,2025, a stabbing
incident transpired at Slaughter Compound, Baguio City. According to the witness, he
heard a commotion from his neighbor, when he went outside, he saw the suspect
covered in blood, left on foot immediately towards unknown direction. Victim was found
dead on the spot by attending physician, Dr. Agi Naya.
3. PEMS Joaquin Inam led a team of investigators to the crime scene and
was able collect evidences:
a.) Sheep-foot Folding Knife
b.) Blood Samples
c.) Finger Prints
d.) Testimony of the witness
4. Upon further investigation during manhunt operation, the suspect was
arrested by one of the operatives of Baguio City Police Office - Police Station 2. The
suspect was seen around 10:00 am of August 02, 2025, walking along Upper
Magsaysay by police officers, PCpl. Pepito Manaloto and PSsgt. Harold Parks while
conducting a patrol. Arrested suspect Gibo Salazar was temporarily detained at Baguio
City Police Office - Police Station 2 for proper case disposition while a case of murder
under article 28 of Revised Penal Code is now being prepared by the Investigation on
Case for immediate filing in court.

1. On or about 1:00 PM of August 13, 2025, personnel of this office
responded to a reported stabbing incident transpired at #143 Slaughter Compound,
Baguio City wherein victim identified as Tom Dave alias Td, 22 years old, single, a 4th
year student of Baguio Central University and a resident of Slaughter Compound,
Baguio City. Suspect identified as Gibo Salazar alias Gil, 23 years old, single, a 4 th year
student of the same school mentioned above and presently residing at Rimando Road,
Baguio City.
2. The incident took place at about 12:30 PM of August 01,2025, a stabbing
incident transpired at Slaughter Compound, Baguio City. According to the witness, he
heard a commotion from his neighbor, when he went outside, he saw the suspect
covered in blood, left on foot immediately towards unknown direction. Victim was found
dead on the spot by attending physician, Dr. Agi Naya.
3. A case of murder under article 28 of the Revised Penal Code has already
have been filed against the suspect Salazar Gibo and is subsequently filed at Baguio
City Prosecutors Office Regional Trial Court, Branch 59, Baguio City under Criminal
Case No. 69-12-2023 dated August 13, 2025.08.
