Daily Morning Ritual (15–30 mins max)

Step 1: Wake & Cleanse

 Cold splash or bath to shock the mind out of old loops

 Burn loban/dhoop/camphor to purify aura and room

Step 2: Seat & Breathe

 Sit on a clean cloth or asana (avoid bare floor)

 Pranayam – 7 rounds of Nadi Shodhan (Anulom Vilom)
 21 Kumbhaks (hold breath after inhaling, feel the energy rise up the spine)

Step 3: Chant (Minimum 108x)

Choose ONE depending on your goal:

 For control & strength:

"ॐ ह्रीं बगलायै नमः॥" (Baglamukhi to silence and stabilize)
 For energy transmutation:
"ॐ रसो वै सः…" (Mantra shared earlier — for Shakti redirection)
 For wealth & sovereignty:
"ॐ श्रीं नमः॥" (Seed of Lakshmi and higher magnetism)

Step 4: Tratak (2–5 mins)

Gaze without blinking at:

 Your Sigil of Sovereignty

 Or a flame, or a dot drawn on the wall
 When tears come, close eyes and visualize your throne

Night Practice: Shakti Retention

When urges strike, do NOT fight them — instead:

1. Stand, breathe deep, do 5–10 quick pushups

2. Light a small diya
3. Sit, and chant this silently:

―I am the keeper of my flame.

I hold it, and I rise.‖

4. Then write one line in a notebook:

o ―Day 4: Victory over self‖
o ―Day 11: Energy redirected to mantra‖

This builds neural pride, not shame. Your brain will reprogram the cycle.

Optional Enhancements (if possible)

 Wear a copper ring or bracelet as a reminder of your vow

 Use pure cow ghee for lamp
 Avoid onions, garlic, alcohol for 21 days (they increase tamas)
 Avoid looking at stimulating content after 8 PM

Goal:

21 Days = Your Crown of Self-Mastery

Then we begin Chandi Sadhana or Kundalini work, depending on what awakens in you.
