Training Objectives:
1. Gain a comprehensive understanding of core GAD concepts, principles, and the legal
frameworks that guide gender mainstreaming in the Philippine government.
2. Learn the process of developing a gender-responsive GAD Plan that aligns with the
MCB's mandate and addresses the gender-based needs of Marawi siege victims.
3. Acquire the technical skills to prepare and manage a GAD budget that is integrated into
the MCB's regular planning and financial cycles.
