2025
Note:- Student can only register for the
courses offered by their department and this
registration form is applicable for repeating
three course only (9 credit hours). Students
of session 2021-2025 may register for more
credit hours.

After submission of complete information in


this form
(i) take a printout of it
(ii) get fee challan from the Fee Section
(iii) deposit the fee in bank
(iv) attach a copy of paid fee receipt with the
form
(v) submit your form to your Major
Department, who shall send such form to the
Office of Controller of Examinations after due
verification of the Chairperson.
