REFLECTION PAPER
I. CAREER PURSUIT
My reflection on this sub-module, is that, the importance of understanding or knowing
yourself in order to achieve lifelong satisfaction of choosing a career path that encompasses
one’s worth, passion, and abilities. Exploring career choices enables you to identify specific jobs
you want and widen your survey. With DLO (Define, Locate, Organize) you may follow realistic,
well-advised steps towards an effective career choice using professional consultants’
experience in combination with thorough analysis.
II. WHAT MAKES YOU TICK?
My reflection to this sub-module, is that, finding out your what makes you tick like in
passion, aptitude, and working attitude to the utmost degree is critical to choosing the right
occupation. Self-reflection and past experiences or comments received will help one identify
jobs on a career path that will match your special traits. Balancing these elements ensures
greater job satisfaction together with personal growth takes place.
III. IDENTIFY YOUR SKILLS
My reflection on this sub-module is that, I often don’t realize the necessity of particular
skills, diverse live experiences often contribute to our growth quite regularly. Having worked
through the list of experiences one can accurately map skills with employers’ demands and see
how they can be achieved. The Skills Wheel is one such tool which may be very helpful to
provide some structure as to how these skills may be recognized and well-articulated.
IV. YOUR TRAIN-ING JOURNEY
My Reflection to this module is that, one should know that job search is never easy but if
you are willing to take it step by step, your likelihood of success is much higher. Right from the
decision making of your line of work, preparing resumes, letters of application, group and
individual preparation for interviews require concentration and planning. When you are in the
process of achieving professional goals, you are likely to be methodical and seek advice, which
can help you achieve the valued objectives effectively.
V. GETTING ON TRACK
My reflection to this sub-module is that, starting a new job involves going through
different phases, and each of the phases presupposes certain measures should be taken in
order to achieve success. In any business organization, it is essential to be interpersonal,
positive, and help people learn in order to embrace professional success. When you have
transitioned to a new position, seeking help from reliable people in your workplace and
individuals in your real-life whom you admire and can trust will surely provide you helpful advice
and motivation.
VI. READY…STEADY…PREP!
My reflection to this sub-module is that, evaluating a job offer refers to whether the
wages will support you, and how suitable for your goals the position is, and your ability to do the
job. It often requires a lot of thought and a good transition in order to start a new career path
from changing daily habits or even budgeting. This simple differentiation assures enhanced
money handling as you learn about priorities systematically which helps you to prepare for the
next position.
