Subject: Application for Leave of Absence Due to Injury and Request for Guidance Regarding
Upcoming Exams

Respected Sir,

With all due respect and humble submission.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I have recently met with an
accident, which resulted in a sudden fracture in my right arm. Due to this unfortunate incident, I
am currently unable to manage daily tasks properly, including writing and other academic
activities.

As the classes have already concluded and the end semester examinations are approaching, I
am extremely worried about how this situation might affect my ability to appear for the end
semester exams. I sincerely request your guidance on what steps I should take in this regard and
whether any special arrangements can be made considering my condition.

I have all the necessary medical reports and documents and have attached them with the
application. I would be truly grateful for your kind understanding and support during this
difficult time.
