Position: Software Engineer – Full Stack (Multiple Openings: Senior & Junior
Developers)
Role Overview
As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Neevcloud, you will collaborate closely with our product,
DevOps, and AI teams to design, build, Develop and maintain core components of our Full Stack AI
Orchestration platform. You will work end-to-end across the stack—developing user-facing
dashboards, API services, and backend components that integrate with multiple cloud/GPU
providers. You’ll be part of a small, founding agile Engineering team, so strong problem-solving skills,
ownership mentality, and a drive to deliver production-grade, scalable systems are crucial. We are
hiring both Junior and Senior Engineers, and your day-to-day responsibilities and expectations will
scale accordingly.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications and RESTful APIs to support
GPU provisioning, billing, Observability and monitoring services, etc,.
● Design and implement user interfaces (Dashboards/Portals) using modern frameworks and
ensure a seamless user experience.
● Develop backend services in a high-performance language (e.g., Go, [Link], Python) that
interact with cloud providers or on-premise data center APIs) to orchestrate GPU resources
and beyond
● Collaborate with DevOps/SRE engineers to containerize applications ( e.g., .Docker), define
Kubernetes manifests/Helm charts, and deploy services into staging/production
environments.

● Implement robust authentication/authorization flows (e.g., OAuth2, JWT) to secure
platform endpoints and integrate with single-sign-on (SSO) solutions.
● Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins) for
automated builds, tests, and deployments.
● Write clean, modular, and well-tested code, following best practices for code quality,
design patterns, and performance optimization.
● Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups—actively communicating
progress, blockers, and proposed technical solutions.
● Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive
continuous improvement.
● Mentor (Senior) or pair-program (Junior) with other engineers to share knowledge,
improve coding standards, and foster a collaborative learning environment.
Requirements
Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)
Experience & Technical Skills:

● Strong expertise in one or more backend languages (Go, [Link], Python,,) with solid
experience building microservices and expertise in Kubernetes
● Proficient in modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc,.)
● Hands-on experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs, gRPC services, or
GraphQL endpoints.
● Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)—experience
writing Helm charts or Kustomize overlays.
● Proven track record building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI,
GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.

● Solid understanding of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
databases—designing schemas, writing efficient queries, and optimizing performance.
● Experience integrating with public cloud SDKs/APIs (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and/or managing
on-premise GPU clusters.
● Familiarity with messaging/streaming systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar) and/or
background job frameworks (Celery, Sidekiq).
● Deep understanding of authentication/authorization patterns (OAuth2, JWT, SAML) and
secure coding principles.
● Comfort with Linux environments, shell scripting (Bash), and networking fundamentals
(HTTP, TCP/IP, load balancers).
● Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to break down complex problems, and propose
pragmatic engineering solutions.
● Strong communication skills—able to present technical trade-offs to cross-functional
stakeholders.
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Leadership & Soft Skills:
● Demonstrated ability to lead design discussions and mentor junior engineers.
● Track record owning large features or components end-to-end—from requirements through
deployment and maintenance.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with continuously evolving
requirements.
● Proactive mindset: identify gaps, propose improvements, and implement best practices for
code quality, security, and reliability.
Junior Software Engineer (Full Stack Developer)
Experience & Technical Skills:
● 1 – 3 years of professional software development experience (internships, open source
contributions, or full-time roles).
● Solid familiarity with at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular) and
comfortable writing JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.

● Experience building simple backend services in [Link], Python, or Java (RESTful API
development).
● Basic understanding of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases—
writing CRUD queries and understanding data models.
● Exposure to containerization (Docker) and understanding of Kubernetes at a conceptual level
(pods, services, deployments).
● Awareness of CI/CD concepts—experience using GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar for
automated builds/tests.
● Eagerness to learn and work with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or on-premise
GPU environments.
● Familiarity with Git workflows and collaborative development (pull requests, code reviews).
● Strong debugging skills and attention to detail—able to troubleshoot simple production issues
under guidance.
● Good to have Experience working in an AI/ML research or production environment
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent
practical experience).
