Theme: “Spatialyze: Surveying Societies, Sensing Solutions”

POSTER MAKING CONTEST


 Date & Time: September 4, 2025 at 3:15 PM
 Venue: Room 16

Mechanics:

1. The contest is open to all grade levels, with a maximum of 2 entries per grade level.
2. Interested participants must register with the assigned supervisor before the contest.
3. Participants must bring their own materials, including a ¼ illustration board and
coloring tools (e.g., crayons, oil pastels, watercolor, etc.).
4. The poster must interpret the given theme creatively and clearly.
5. Participants are given a maximum of 2 hours to finish their work.
6. No copying from printed or digital images during the contest.

Criteria for Judging:

 Relevance to Theme – 40%


 Creativity & Originality – 30%
 Visual Impact / Presentation – 20%
 Neatness – 10%

Awards & Recognition


 1st Prize – Surprise + Certificate of Recognition
 2nd Prize – Surprise + Certificate of Recognition
 3rd Prize – Surprise + Certificate of Recognition
