My Daily Routine

From Monday to Friday, I usually wake up at 4:00 a.m.. I take a shower, and by 4:20 I get
dressed. At 4:30, I start preparing food. If I have to stay at SENA until the afternoon, I also
cook the meal to take with me. Normally, preparing food takes until 4:50 when I need to take
lunch with me, but if it’s just for eating at home, I finish by 4:40.

At 5:00 a.m., I leave home if I only stay at SENA until noon. But if I stay the whole day, I
leave at 5:20.

When I arrive at SENA, I show my ID card at the entrance, go upstairs, and wait outside the
classroom until the teacher arrives. Then, I enter the class and participate. The class usually
starts at 6:30 or 7:00 a.m. and ends around 10:30 a.m.

If we have to stay longer, we go out to eat around 11:00 a.m. If not, we take the bus home
and I usually arrive around 12:00 p.m.

When we do have to stay late, classes end around 5:00 p.m., and I usually get home at
about 7:00 p.m. because of heavy traffic.
