Rup's Military-Style Routine with Tuition Timetable

Fixed Tuition Timetable


 Sunday: 4:00 pm → Math
 Monday: 8:00 am → Chemistry (or Tuesday 8:45 am if missed)
 Wednesday: 4:30 pm → Physics, 8:00 pm → Biology
 Thursday: 8:00 am → Math, 3:00 pm → Practical, 5:00 pm → Chemistry
 Friday: 7:30 pm → Bengali, 10:00 pm → English
 Saturday: 8:30 pm → NEET practice session
 School: Not regular, can ignore for schedule

Study Routine (on Tuition Days)

Morning (fresh brain = heavy subjects)


 6:00 – 7:15 am → Math practice (NCERT/previous sums)
 7:15 – 7:45 am → Quick breakfast + break
 If Chemistry tuition (Mon/Thu): tuition replaces morning session
 If no tuition: do Physics derivations/numericals

Afternoon (lighter, focus subjects)


 2:00 – 3:00 pm → Chemistry / Bio revision (depending on tuition day)
 3:00 – 3:30 pm → Break/snack
 3:30 – 4:30 pm → Math problem solving (PYQs/sample Qs)
 On Thursday, this slot gets replaced by Practical + Chem tuition

Evening (Tuition slots)


 Sunday: 4:00 pm Math tuition → after class do a 15-min recap
 Wednesday: 4:30 pm Physics tuition → 15-min recap before dinner
 Wednesday: 8:00 pm Bio tuition → 15-min recap before sleep
 Thursday: 5:00 pm Chem tuition → revise next morning
 Friday: Bengali (7:30) + English (10:00) → keep day lighter
 Saturday night: NEET practice → keep morning for Math

Night (light but consistent)


 8:30 – 9:15 pm → Language (English/Bengali literature, essays, poetry analysis)
 9:30 – 10:15 pm → Quick review (Math formulas, Physics formulas, Bio flowcharts)
 Sleep: latest 10:45–11:00 pm

Free Days (Friday daytime + Saturday daytime)


 Morning (6:30 – 9:00 am) → Full Math mock test / practice set
 Afternoon (2:00 – 4:00 pm) → Physics + Chemistry numericals
 Evening (5:00 – 7:00 pm) → Biology + Languages
Discipline Rules (No Excuse Zone)
 After every tuition → 15 min recap (else 70% is wasted).
 Math = Daily (non-negotiable). Even 30 mins is fine on heavy tuition days.
 Friday + Saturday = make-up days (clear missed work).
 No 'blank breaks' → either walk/stretch or short phone (timer set).
