PURPOSE: This service spares letter announces an access cover kit for the lower wing skin
on both sides of the aircraft, in the area forward of the main wing spar just inboard
from wing station 49.25. Improved access to this area is particularly helpful for
inspecting the forward side of the main wing spar.

SUMMARY: On affected aircraft that do not already allow sufficient access, installation of Kit –
Access Cover Instl, Piper P/N 88692-701, on the inboard lower wing skin, provides
easier access to the forward side of the main wing spar.
NOTE: Please notify the factory of any address/ownership corrections. Changes should include aircraft model,
serial number, and current owner’s name and address.
