A. Project Topic
App Name (Working Title): LearnPath — A Smart Learning Resource Finder

Problem Statement
When we entered college, we realized that the classroom lectures were not enough for proper
understanding. After almost every class, we had to search online for better explanations from
MIT, Harvard OpenCourseWare, Coursera, and YouTube channels. However:
1. Searching for relevant content took too much time.
2. We were confused which resource was correct or trustworthy.
3. There was no single organized place where all subject-wise verified resources were
listed.

B. Proposed Solution / How We Will Proceed

We plan to build a simple GUI-based desktop application using Python and Tkinter. This app
will:
● Contain organized lists of trusted learning resources (videos, courses, lecture notes) for
each subject and topic.
● Allow students to instantly access high-quality explanations without wasting time
searching.
● In the future, we aim to integrate AI/ML to personalize recommendations based on
semester, branch, or topic difficulty.
