Lifelong Learning

When we finish school, do we stop learning? Are we ever too old to learn? Scientists say it is healthy to
continue learning for our entire lives. Learning can help you have a better memory and less stress.
Learning is also important for work. The ways we work are always changing, so we need to continue
learning to be good at our jobs. Lifelong learning means continuing to learn all our lives. We can learn
every day by watching videos online, reading articles and books, going to school, or talking to people.
We can also learn by teaching others. The best way to learn may be with other people in a community,
so let’s get started!
