Ticket received from CCC for Bike Challan for Kolkata Captains.
Agent is suppose to Call Captain with 30 min
1. Captain’s are Caught By police for Ploughing Customers without Proper documents and
Commercial License.
2. Captain Will get a Challan with Case Number- 39/192 (for commercial) only.
3. We will have to check if the captain had an order when he was caught by police, he must
be going to pick a Customer/ In Order/ or at the time or dropping.
4. Usually the Police will ask him to submit his DL/RC/Insurance (anything available with
him) and he will be returned this docs only after paying the challan amount..
5. Time of Getting caught will be mentioned on Challan.
6. 39/192 Challan has a fine of Rs.5000/- for 1st offense, Rs.10000/- for 2nd offense.
Ticket Followup
1. Number of follow up to be done for RNR cases.
Try to connect the call with the captain 3 times within 2 days and if still unable to connect the
call update the internal note and close the ticket.
2. Number of follow up to be done for unpaid challan cases.
Check with the captain when he is able to provide the payment slip and do the follow-up on that
particular date.

Steps:
➢ Kindly Validate the Challan Date & Time with the ride time if Captain was in ride at the time of
Challan issued, going to pick the customer, Inorder or dropping the Customer.
➢ Challan should be of 39/192 this only, if Case No 184 Challan is there so it will not be
entertained as this is for Rash Driving.
➢ After Challan validation, Ask Captain to pay the Challan amount & share the Challan Receipt
through Whatsapp once paid. Below are the court release expenses.
A. Court Release Amount for Challan- Rs.2000/-
B. Legal fees- Rs.300/- Max (Rs.500 for One Bhansal Court).
➢ Same amount will be given to the captain in his wallet within 7 days, which can be redeemed
whenever the captain wants it.
➢ If Captain Challan receipt is not available keep the ticket on follow up & when he shares it,
request to be processed for the amount added to the Captain’s [Link] Challan receipt is
available adjust the amount to the Captain’s wallet.

12. This Challan has a fine of Rs.2500/Rs.5000/Rs.7500/Rs.10000/Rs.15000/- for the offence.(but
this is Negotiable so payment will be as per actual receipt)
