As part of our NSTP journey, we, the students, conducted a
Community Needs Assessment in Tibungco, Davao City to better
understand the real situations and challenges faced by the
people in that area. This important step helped us identify their
most urgent needs—whether in health, education, livelihood, or
environment—so that we could plan meaningful and helpful
projects.
By listening to the community members and observing their
daily lives, we gained a deeper awareness of the issues they face.
This experience not only allowed us to connect with them but
also taught us the value of service and empathy. With the results
of our assessment, we are now ready to create and propose a plan
that truly responds to their needs and can make a lasting
impact. This scrapbook shows our journey—from assessment to
action—guided by our desire to serve and make a difference,
especially for the people of Tibungco, Davao City.
