1. Open – ended questions – Most of the times, open ended questions are started with ‘how’ and
‘why’. These are the questions which can never be answered with one word like ‘Yes/No’.
2. Close questions – (Yes/No type). When you wish to limit your interviewee’s range of response,
you should ask close questions. For example, “Do you believe that the university needs to be
computer literate?”
3. Hypothetical question: these questions are imaginary ones. For example, if you were sure that
you would get caught and you needed high score on a final exam to earn a passing grade, would
you cheat?

Open-ended questions, typically starting with 'how' or 'why,' encourage elaborate responses and provide in-depth insights, fostering a more conversational and exploratory interview environment . Close questions, which can be answered with 'yes' or 'no,' restrict the range of responses and are useful for obtaining specific information or when time is limited . Hypothetical questions are imaginations-based and help assess the interviewee's decision-making and ethical considerations by presenting a scenario for them to respond to . Each type impacts the interview process by shaping the nature and depth of the information retrieved, the flow of conversation, and the engagement level.

Novice teachers often face challenges in managing classroom discipline and engaging students, as highlighted by the difficulty of controlling student behavior initially . Overcoming these challenges involves gaining classroom experience, learning effective behavioral management techniques, and consistently applying rules. Continuous professional development and adapting to feedback are vital for improving classroom management skills. Engaging students through interactive teaching methods and showing genuine appreciation for their performance can also foster a more conducive learning environment .

Personal values significantly shape an entrepreneur's approach to business and lifestyle, as seen in decisions to live simply despite success and engage in social causes . These values guide business practices, such as choosing fields that align with personal ethics and motivations. Values also influence interactions with family and society, evident in supportive familial responses and community engagement. Entrepreneurs often attribute their achievements to foundational values and carry these into future plans and advice for emerging business leaders .

Successful political strategies for overcoming career challenges include maintaining transparency in communication with both the public and family, learning from setbacks, and focusing on national issues while promoting positive contributions . Politicians can craft strategic responses to challenges by aligning their agendas with national priorities, demonstrating strong values, and engaging effectively with constituents. These strategies are essential for navigating complex political landscapes and ensuring career resilience .

Feedback plays a crucial role in a writer's development by helping them understand how their works are received by readers, enabling adjustments and refinements to their style or content if required . Sudha Murthy values feedback for the insights it provides into reader engagement, although she remains true to her narrative instincts. Engaging with feedback also strengthens the relationship between writers and readers, as it shows consideration for their audience's perspectives and enhances the impact of their literary works .

However, it also underscores the sense of missing familial connections, suggesting a complex interplay between gained and missed social interactions .

Interviews with educational authorities can directly address student concerns by providing clear, factual information about examination processes, re-tests, marking schemes, and exam policies . By clarifying these points, students gain a better understanding of expectations and procedural details, helping to reduce anxiety and uncertainty.
