2.2. General remarks
All rights reserved for making changes in the application.
It is unacceptable to stick the same logistic label on two pallets! It is caused
by a reference number, which is an unique one for the whole system . It is
included in first eight signs of the barcode.
If there is a necessity of any changes [Modification] of datas (quantity,
batch/lot, date)
it is absolutely required to print all labels again and stick them to the whole
batch of dispatch.

3. Interface of EPSS application
3.1. System log-in website
After entering the proper link [Link] in the browser , the
home page should come up as shown in picture 3.1 .
The Username and the Password must be entered in the window. In the
[Username] gap should be entered the number, which Korona S.A. gave
you while registering to the ERP System.
While you are registering for the first time, you must enter in the [Password]
gap a proper password given you by Korona S.A. purchase department. You
will get that password by
e-mail or during a phone conversation. Received password can be used only
once to log in and has to be changed for a new one ( which is known to user
only).

3.2. Modification of user’s parameters
During the first logging the User is automatically directed on the
[Configuration] site, on which he has to change given password into his own
new one. To make it right, all procedures described in the point 3.2.1. need
to be followed .
Except changing the password , the choice of printing method of generated
labels has to be made. There are two types of printing:
a) on the A4 page (pic. 4.1.)
b) on the self-adhesive labels size 85x127 (pic 4.2.)
After the password was changed and the printing method was chosen all
datas have to be accepted by an [OK] key.
From this moment the EPSS can be used.

3.2.1. Change of user’s password
To change the password the [Change] key has to be used, as shown in
pic.3.2
The entered password has to meet all determined security requirements, i.e.
containing capital and small letters, as well as digits. In the [Old Password]
gap the password used until now has to be entered. The [New password]
and [Repeat new Password] gaps have to be filled in with the new one
according to the previously mentioned signs sequence. The length of
password has to spread between 8 to 16 signs. The new password must be
different from the old one.

3.3. Pending orders site
After positive verifying of all datas entered by user, the order list will
be shown. It is the main site of the service, which includes a chart
containing all open , new and pending orders. If there are no orders at some
time, the proper information appears [ No pending orders] (pic.3.4).
Pic. 3.4. A window informing about no current orders.
The chart has a similar structure to the tree (pic.3.5). Working with it
consists in rolling or unrolling its branches using your mouse. On the highest
level of chart there are purchase orders (ZZ-xxxx), which after unrolling all
open order lines are shown. The User decides which line he is going to
execute and for how many parts (references) this line will be divided.

Reference (No a)
Reference (No b)

Pic 3.6. Description of purchase chart elements.
Above picture shows an exemplary look of an order chart. You can
distinguish six basic elements on it:
I. Pending purchase orders or orders being executed at this moment. .
II. Order line number
III. Reference number for the served line - generated by our system.
IV. Additional information connected with servicing an order.
V. [Reprint the label] key
VI. [Modification -Add] keys needed for serving orders.

3.4. Adding and modification of an order line.
For adding and modification of datas in previously chosen order line,
the User uses site [Modification] (pic.3.7.) called out by [Modification] or
[Add] keys. There is a chart on this site which contains all necessary
information needed to execute orders. Empty areas need to be filled in by
the User. The first one is an area where an exact quantity of goods for
dispatch from a certain batch has to be entered. An exact quantity that
exists per one loading unit has to be entered in the second area.
[Batch/Series] and [Expiry date] areas are optional for most of products.
They are required for the products with a certain determined expiry date
only. Dates are set by using special keys situated next to the empty areas .
Calendar appears after using that special key and the User can set an exact
date using [Year-Month] key. Our calendar solution eliminates all problems
with setting an exact date of dispatch or expiry date. After filling in all
required areas the User has to accept it by pressing [OK] key.

All entered datas will be verified before approval. Logistic labels are
generated in the next step. These labels are shown in the so called pop up.
This pop up might be blocked by a security system of your computer. To
allow pop ups you need to cofigure your browser described in the Browser
Configuration Manual .
All generated labels are PDF files set in the new window in browser.
The window can be saved if needed and sent to the place where can be
properly printed and sticked on the loading units (e.g. pallets). Attention! If
the last loading unit is incomplete - meaning that the quantity of goods on it
is less than on the rest of pallets- the system generates the last label with
information about that fact. The last label is marked “!” (pic. 4.3.) and it has
to be absolutely sticked on that certain last incomplete loading unit.
Supplier is responsible for proper printing and sticking the labels on
loading units . After implementing this system, deliveries without logistic
labels or with repeatable labels will have no acceptance to enter into
warehouse of Korona.
