7 Hot Health Reports

You’ll have to personalize both your landing page and your thank you / download
page to reflect your own URL. These instructions are intended to help you do
that.

First Things First

Your first decision is to determine where on your website you want to host your
Landing Pages, Thank You Pages, and downloads. You can set up a folder for each
report and/or a folder for the complete package of reports. For instance:

[Link]/arthritistjointpain/ … for an individual report or

[Link]/healthreports/arthritisjointpain/ … for the complete
package, with individual packages under that folder. This is what I would
recommend. Or …
[Link]/healthreports/ … if you don’t plan to give away the
individual reports

Set up your folders on your website first. This will give you a clear understanding
of how everything is going to be organized.

Next, unzip your [Link] file on your computer. You should find a
Health Reports folder, with the following folders inside:

• Arthritis Joint Pain

• Blood Pressure Health
• Colon Cleanse
• Diabetes 2
• Food Allergies
• Herbal Remedies For Acid Reflux
• Overall Landing Page
• The Top 10 Ways To Quit Smoking
Inside each of these folders, except the Overall Landing Page folder, you’ll find
these sub-folders:

• Images
• Landing Page
• Thank You Page

In addition, you should find a zip file which contains the report and the license.
The Thank You Page is written so that your new lead can download this zip file
after he or she has signed up on your Landing Page.

For simplicity’s sake, I’d suggest that you open each image folder and upload the
images to your website’s image folder. This should keep everything nice and
clean.

Next, you’ll want to upload the zip file. This can go directly into your website’s
Health Reports folder, or a subfolder such as /arthritisjointpain/ It’s up to you
how you want to structure your layout. But make sure you write down where the
file is, because you’ll need the location for your Thank You page. So it would be
something like this:

The Landing Page

Next, for an individual report, open the Landing Page [Link] file. It’s best to
do this in a simple text editor, though you can also open the file in an html editor.

Your Landing Page is the same as a Squeeze Page. This is the page you want to
drive traffic to in order to encourage them to join your list. Your “bait” is the free
report they’ll receive once they’ve signed up.

There are two basic alerts within this file. Both are capitalized to draw your
attention. The first is: INSERT YOUR URL HERE. For your image files, you simply
do as the instruction says: insert your URL.

The second alert is: SAMPLE FORM - INSERT YOUR OWN AUTORESPONDER FORM
HERE. You’ll also find an ending alert where the sample form ends: END OF
SAMPLE FORM. It’s between these two alerts that you’ll put your autoresponder
code so that when people fill in their information they’ll be added to your list. If
you don’t currently use an autoresponder service, I would highly recommend
Aweber. Once you’ve signed up with them, they have step-by-step instructions
and videos to show you exactly how to set up a mailing list and get the form code
for your website.

That’s all you’ll need to do for your Landing Page. Save and close the file. If
you’re using more than one report, you simply repeat the process for each one.
And if you don’t care which report is responsible for your leads, you can have
them all linked to the basic autoresponder code you just set up.

Upload the Landing Page to the folder where you want it, and you should be all
set to start sending leads there once you have the Thank You Page completed.

The Thank You Page

So let’s take a look at the Thank You Page now. This is the page is where you send
your lead after he or she has signed up. It’s where they can download their free
report, and see any additional bonuses or special offers you might have for them.

The first alert will be an image alert: INSERT YOUR URL HERE. You simply insert
your website’s URL here.

Next, you’ll encounter a second INSERT YOUR URL HERE alert. This one is
different because it doesn’t link to an image. It links to the zip file with your free
report and the license terms of that report. You should have this specific location
written down, as per our previous instructions. So insert that location here.

The next alert is: INSERT A GRAPHIC FOR YOUR BONUS OR UPSELL OFFER HERE.
This is, of course, only if you’re adding a bonus or an upsell offer of some sort. If
you aren’t going to be adding anything else to the free report, then you delete
everything between: NO BONUS OR OFFER? START DELETE HERE and END DELETE

HERE.

The next alert is: INSERT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS HERE. You can enter your
personal email address here if you’d like. However, I recommend using a
forwarder from your website. You can set this up in your cpanel, so that when
someone sends an email to, let’s say, admin@[Link] it’s forwarded
directly to your personal email inbox.

Next up is INSERT A SIGNATURE IMAGE HERE. This is absolutely necessary,

though it does add a nice touch to the page. If you have a paint program, simply
use a script font to come up with a signature, save it an upload it to your images
folder, and then place the link in this spot. If that’s more trouble than it’s worth
to you, just delete the signature section.

Next, replace YOUR NAME with your name.

And finally, insert your website URL where it asks: INSERT YOUR WEBSITE URL
HERE, and again where it says YOUR WEBSITE URL.

That’s it for your Thank You Page. Simply upload the page to the proper folder
(for instance, the arthritis joint pain thank you page would go into your arthritis
folder). If you need to, return to your autoresponder and make sure that it sends
the people who have signed up directly to this location on your website so they
can download the files.

Conclusion

One final suggestion: test it all. Go to the Landing Page online and sign up for the
free report. Make sure the autoresponder works properly and that you end up on
the download page and you’re able to download the free report without any
trouble.

But What If I’m Offering All 7 Reports As My Lead Generator?

You’ll find a folder in your package titled Overall Landing Page. This page is

designed so that you can offer your lead all 7 Health Reports instead of just a
single report. Just to make it a little more enticing. Inside the folder, you’ll find
an images folder, a Thank You Page folder, and two files: the [Link] file and a
pdf of the license terms.

As suggested above, you might find it easiest to upload the images in the image
folder directly into the image folder on your website.

The instructions for the Landing Page [Link] file are exactly the same as
above.

The instructions for the Thank You Page are also the same as listed above. Very
straightforward.
