Rise Calm, Burn Bright, Stay Grounded

■ Phoenix Morning Ritual (15 Minutes)

Theme: Rise Calm, Burn Bright, Stay Grounded

Step 1: Rehydrate & Awaken (2 min)

Drink a glass of warm water with lemon and pink salt to rehydrate and gently awaken your
gut.

Affirmation: “Today I rise with balance and strength. My body is calm, my mind is clear,
and my energy flows freely.”

Step 2: Breath & Flow (4 min)

Do deep belly breathing, gentle stretches, and one minute of stillness to oxygenate your
body and sharpen focus.

Step 3: Natural Energy Nourishment (5 min)

Sip tulsi-ginger tea, coconut water with lime, or an ashwagandha latte. Pair with soaked
almonds or banana + chia seeds for steady energy.

Step 4: Mental Focus & Intent (3 min)

Journal your intention for the day: one goal, one act of self-care, one way to stay patient
and kind.
■ Phoenix Calm Night Ritual (15 Minutes)

Theme: Release. Restore. Rise anew.

Step 1: Slow Down the Body (3 min)

Dim lights, take deep breaths, and gently release tension in your neck and shoulders.

Affirmation: “I have done enough today. My body deserves rest. My heart is calm, my mind
is clear.”

Step 2: Calm the Gut & Nerves (5 min)

Sip chamomile-fennel tea, turmeric milk, or cumin-coriander-fennel water to soothe your

stomach and nerves.

Step 3: Gentle Grounding (5 min)

Lie down and breathe slowly: inhale 4 counts, hold 2, exhale 6. Visualize golden light
spreading calm through your body.

Step 4: Reflection & Gratitude (2 min)

Note one thing that went well, one thing learned, and one intention for tomorrow. End the
day with gratitude and peace.
