Weekdays (Mon – Fri):

(Note: Adjust based on your unavailability – Mondays & Tuesdays: avoid 4 PM to 7 PM,
Wednesdays: avoid 5 PM to 9 PM)
Saturdays:
Evening Session: From 7:00 PM (till 1:00 AM)
(Note: Saturday afternoons are school and other duties)
Sundays:
Flexible schedule: Use the whole day (spread into sessions, but ideally aiming for at least 5
hours total)
Additional Notes:
Ensure that your study sessions are focused—turn off unnecessary distractions.
Use short breaks (5-10 minutes) every hour to keep your mind fresh.
Review your daily progress, and adjust if you fall behind.
Stay hydrated and take a short walk if you feel stuck.
