nomination certification drive for our ATCI SAP practitioners. The SAP certifications help validate the expertise

SAP Learning Hub (LH)

1. What is SAP Learning Hub (LH)?

SAP LH is SAP’s digital learning solution that helps learners to build their SAP skills.

2. How do I request for SAP Learning Hub?

You can request for SAP LH 2 – 3 months prior to scheduling your certification exam, by following the steps
given below:

1. Go to SAP Ascend Portal ([Link]

2. On the left pane, click on menu item, “View Nomination Details” where you will see your nomination
3. Once the nomination is approved, status would reflect as “Nomination Approved”

4. Click on “Edit” against your nomination, request for SAP LH by selecting “Request LH” option from the
list box against the column, “SAP Learning Hub (LH) Access Required?” and Click on “Save” icon. You
will be provided with the SAP LH access in a weeks’ time

3. I have SAP LH access. How do I access SAP LH?

Go to [Link] and login to your SAP account (either using Accenture mail id or S-User ID)

Under your profile, choose “Access purchased subscriptions”

You will see the SAP Learning Subscription, Click on “Access SAP Learning Hub”

You will be taken to SAP Learning Hub. Watch the “Welcome to SAP Learning Hub” video

browsing the content on SAP LH.

4. Where do I get the material to prepare for my certification?

a. Go to the SAP Learning as per the steps given in the previous question
b. Under “Certify” tab, search for the certification and its learning content

5. While I was nominated, I did not opt for SAP LH access. How do I request now?

6. What is the validity of SAP LH?

Validity of SAP LH is from September till August of every fiscal year.

SAP Certification Hub (CH)

1. How do I request for SAP Certification Hub?

You can request for SAP CH one month prior to scheduling your certification exam, by following the steps given
below:

1. Go to SAP Ascend Portal ([Link]

2. On the left pane, click on menu item, “View Nomination Details” where you will see your nomination
3. Once the nomination is approved, status would reflect as “Nomination Approved”

[Link] the nomination status is approved and you are ready to take the certification, Click on “Edit”
against your nomination, request for SAP CH by selecting “Request CH” option from the list box against
the column, “SAP Certification Hub (CH) Access Required?” and Click on “Save” icon. You will be
provided with the SAP CH access in a two weeks’ time

2. What is the validity of SAP Certification Hub?

The validity would be mentioned in the mail sent to you on SAP CH access.

SAP Certification

1. Can I take multiple certifications through this program?

Each SAP Certification Hub access entitles for 2 certifications, either reattempt or 2 certifications. Nominee
should complete the certification he/she has been nominated for. If they clear that in first attempt, they can
utilize the second one for another certification of their choice / business need.

2. Are there any practice test available for the certification?

You may check in SAP LH for practice test as most courses have them.

3. Can I complete the SAP certification at my expense and reimburse the cost?
No, reimbursement of certification cost is not encouraged.

4. When can I schedule my exam?

As per the committed completion date, you can schedule the exam to take the certification by requesting for
the SAP CH access and proceeding to registering for the certification.

5. Can I refer my team members to this program?

This is a nomination only based program, and the nominations are managed by the respective Market Talent
Leads.

6. Will certification voucher or coupon be given for these certification exams?

SAP Certification Hub (CH) would be provided to the nominees for taking up the certification.

8. I have completed the certification. Where do I upload the certificate?

After your SAP CH status is updated as “SAP CH Provided”, you will be able to take up the certification. Post
completion of the certification, you need to report your completion status. Click on “Edit” in your dashboard.

You will get an option to provide “Certification Completion Date” and upload the certificate (not the badge) for
verification. Once done, click on “Save” icon. You will get to see the completion status once the certificate is
verified

9. How do I download the certificate?

One way to download the certificate is through your Credly account.
• Login to the Credly account
• In the dashboard, you will see all your badges
• Click on the relevant badge
• Click on “Share” on the top right of the page to get the page as given in the snapshot below to download
the certificate.

11. How do I register or book a certification exam slot?

Now click on Logon Icon as below which will prompt you to enter the credentials as below

Enter the E-Mail or Login credentials received from SAP and click on “Continue”
