Problem – Solution / Cause – Effect
It is true that (topic) has become an essential part of the rising
debate in the present world, including in Vietnam. This problem
has led to several negative impacts on individuals and society.
Understanding the root causes of issue is essential in order to
find effective solutions. This essay will discuss the main reasons
for this problem and suggest some possible measures to
address it.
- There are several reasons why (topic) has become
increasingly serious.

In my opinion, governments and individuals need to cooperate
with each other to reduce the bad effects of this problem and
take the possible measures I have mentioned above.
