1. "For our project, we interviewed Sir Albert V.R.

, the owner of Papa Burger located in San Pablo

City. Since the business was newly opened, we asked about the strategies he used to attract
customers. One of his main tactics was the piso burger promo—offering burgers for just one
peso to the first 100 customers. This created excitement and encouraged people to try Papa
Burger for the first time.

To boost visibility, Sir Albert actively promoted the opening on Facebook, posting in local groups
like FOOD TALK San Pablo City and the San Pablo City Public Forum. He also asked friends and
family to share the posts, helping the business reach a wider audience. These combined efforts
helped Papa Burger gain traction and build a customer base during its early months."

2. “This story shows how a team developed a pricing strategy step by step. They started by
defining their goal—to gain market presence while staying profitable. They analyzed market
trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing. After evaluating their production costs, they
chose value-based pricing combined with competitive pricing. They set the final price at ₱650,
which covered costs and matched customer expectations. Lastly, they agreed to monitor
feedback and adjust the price if needed. It highlights that pricing is a strategic and ongoing
process.”

3. “In our community, I’ve learned that pricing is more than just numbers—it’s about real people
making thoughtful choices. Residents focus on affordability, comparing prices and choosing
quality over cheap items that break easily. Students, like me, consider our limited allowance and
spend wisely on school needs. Sari-sari store owners think beyond profit—they set prices based
on costs but also adjust to help their customers. In the end, the ‘right price’ depends on what
people need, what they can afford, and what they truly value. It’s about fairness, practicality,
and serving the community.”
