A. Content Standards Learners should learn that sexual reproduction is the basis of
heredity.
B. Performance Standards Explain that there are two types of cell division, and that
reproduction can occur through sexual and asexual
reproduction.

produced through asexual reproduction and sexual
reproduction

types of reproduction in the diversity of life on earth.
