Hello, and thank you for this chance to introduce myself!
My name is Fritchie Albaracin. I have been teaching as a college
professor for over three years. I taught criminology and helped my
students understand difficult topics. I enjoy teaching and helping
students learn.
I am good at explaining ideas clearly and making lessons fun and easy
to follow. I am excited to use my teaching skills to help students
improve their English at J-P Network English Corp.

Why do you want to work online?
I want to teach online because it gives me the chance to connect with
students from different parts of the world and help them learn English
in a flexible way. Teaching online allows me to use technology to make
lessons engaging and effective. It also provides the opportunity to work
from home, which is convenient and helps me focus on giving my best
to my students. I’m excited to share my skills and passion for teaching
through this platform.
Teaching Children:
Children often have shorter attention spans, so lessons need to
be more interactive and engaging, with activities like games,
songs, or visuals.
They are usually learning basic language skills and require a lot of
repetition and encouragement.
Teachers often act as motivators and guides, helping children
build confidence while learning in a fun way.
Teaching Adults:
Adults tend to have specific goals, like improving their English for
work, travel, or personal development.
They usually have more focus and can handle structured lessons
with deeper discussions.
Teachers need to respect their experiences and tailor lessons to
their needs, often focusing on practical usage, like conversation
or professional vocabulary.
Both groups require patience and adaptability, but the teaching
approach varies depending on their age, goals, and learning styles.
