Do you have any past staffing experience (explain in detail your roles and

responsibilities, if any)?
One of these servers is ViperMC as a moderator. My responsibilites were demanding.
This involves player moderation, where I had enforced server rules onto players,
for instance banning players for unfair advantage, x-raying, or, muting, for
spamming and many more. I had this authority in order to keep the server safe and
an environment where other players are not affected from this. have also assisted
players on the server, TeamSpeak, and Discord. This varies between technical
concerns, of being unable to join the server, to general questions about the
server. In TeamSpeak I tend to resolve issues or assist in screen sharing players.
I had engaged a lot during my time here and gained a lot of experience when I used
to be staff, allowing me to use this knowledge on Minemen Club. I have also been
staff on Glade, which used to be a UHC server. This server was popular due to the
YouTuber Wisp. As a host / moderator, I had to organise and host UHC's myself. This
had expanded my knowledge into the UHC field, learning a new community. I had to
learn the concepts of scenarios and more This role had a lot of responsibility as I
had to manage a total of 50-200 or more players consistently throughout my hosts.
As well as, being a moderator I had to assist players, such as any issues with the
technical issues, like bugs or plugins not working. This also involved in banning
players that were not abiding the rules, such as x-raying or blacklisted
modifications being used. Another server where I had been staff on was VeltPvP.
This used to be one of the biggest HCF server. This role encompassed several
responsibilites as the server averaged 500-1000 players or more daily. I enforced
server rules, like moderation. This involves of blatant hacking, ghost clients and
many more. I also had the responsibility with muting players, which can involve of
spamming, hate speech, and much more. Since TeamSpeak was popular back then, I
actively had to assist players daily.

Why do you want to be a staff member?

I want to be a staff member because I have the extensive experience and skills to
support me, which can support the server as a whole. I have notable experience on
popular servers that used to be very popular back in the day, giving me the
advantage over other staff as I understand how this environment works. Beyond my
experience, I will contribute to server improvement. I am excited to help a server
and make the server quality better overall as a whole. I also have long-term
commitment. I will not just leave after a short period of time. I am dedicated and
will ensure to do my best at all times throughout my time as staff.

What puts you over other applicants (strengths & weaknesses)?

Yes. I have strengths and weaknesses like any other person. One of my strengths is
that I have extensive experience. The diverse background I have sets me from other
applicants, as I have experience in player moderation, technical support and
community engagement. My next strength is my adaptability and flexibility. I can
adapt to fast changing environments. I also have the ability to remain calm under
pressure, for instance moments of where illegal affairs may occur. Additionally, I
have communication skills. I excel in this. This enables me to interact with
players confidently with players, staff members, and administrators. This can place
me over other candidates as I can resolve conflicts effectively and be an
ambassador for the team if needed. As any other person, I also have weaknesses. One
of these is attention to detail. This means I may overlook minor details, due to
rushing or multitasking thus causing errors. However, I do strive for accuracy and
attention to detail in my work. Another weakness of mine would be balancing
priorities. This is since I may not know what tasks would need to be prioritised,
as in a dynamic environment where everything is always changing it may cause some
weaknesses and errors.
