graduate from Tshwane University of Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering Technology in Civil
Engineering, I am eager to apply my academic knowledge and passion for civil engineering to
contribute to your projects and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field
During my time at Tshwane University of Technology I acquired a comprehensive understanding of
civil engineering principles and methodologies tailored to technological applications. Courses such as
Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Water Engineering, Transportation Engineering
and other civil engineering courses have provided me with a solid foundation to tackle real world
engineering challenges. additionally, my involvement in practical’s offered by the institution in my
academic years has honed my problem solving and team work skills.
Am proficient in a variety of software programs commonly used in civil engineering, including
Microsoft office, AutoCAD, Tekla Structural Designer and Tekla Structures, Robot Structural Analysis
Professional, Prokon and Epanet. Some am still learning like Civil 3d and Revit my experience with
this tools have acquired me with the ability to effectively analyze, design, structural steel detailing,
and read civil engineering drawing I still have more to learn as my previous projects were
academically based. I have good communication skills, working with a team and I can follow
instructions as given. thriving in collaborative environment, am eager to learn and gain experience
contributing as an intern while further enhancing my capabilities.
I am particularly impressed by excellence and innovation in civil engineering. I am excited about the
opportunity to be part of your team and contribute to the success of your projects and also learn
from industry professionals in the built environment
