Important Notes
• The maximum height for Customised Booths is 2.5m / 10ft only. Organiser will not allow any booths that exceed this height limitation. Double
Decker customised booths are not allowed at the show.
• The Electrical Supply for Raw Space Booths will be on additional chargeable basis.
• All customised booths are responsible for building all their walls and cannot make use of neighbouring booth walls whether they are space only
or shell scheme stands.
• It is mandatory for exhibitors with 2, 3 or 4 side open booths, to arrange display in such a way that there is no obstruction on any of the open
sides for other exhibiting companies.
• It is mandatory to appoint a contractor from the Empaneled Contractors List as mentioned in the Exhibitor Manual.
• While appointing the contractor to build your stand, please complete the Contractor Nomination Form and send the completed form to us along
with booth design and technical details.
• Final booth design should be submitted for approval 30 days prior to the Move-in Date. Exhibitors/Contractors should carry the approval letter
of the organiser at the time of move-in.
• In case of failure to submit final booth design before the deadline, the organiser reserves the right to deny entry to the contractor/exhibitor on
the set-up day.
• All booth construction and decoration should be completed before the given deadline (As stated in the Exhibitor Manual)
