Today was last opportunity for plaintiff evidence.
However no witness has been examined. Rather counsel for plaintiff
has tendered medical documents dated 04.03.2025 and submitted that
plaintiff is an old lady whose eyes have been operated just three days
ago so she has been advised bed rest for three weeks. In these
circumstances, she was unable to come for evidence. Long date is
requested. Heard. Though plaintiff has not filed list of witnesses till
date but considering the medical records placed by her counsel, in
the interest of justice, one more opportunity is given to plaintiff to
conclude the evidence on 22.04.2025. It is again made clear that if
plaintiff evidence to take assistance of Court in summoning the
witnesses then her counsel has been asked to file list of witnesses
within seven days positively. No further opportunity shall be given in
this regard.
