As part of our selection process, we’d like you to submit this video assignment.

This assignment is
designed to evaluate your ability to learn new tools.

Submission Guidelines:

• Video submission is mandatory. Please walk us through your process, screen-sharing where
applicable, and clearly explaining your work.

Task 1: Workflow Planning & Execution Strategy

Scenario:

One of our projects requires submitting 45 articles per day across 5 different websites. The article
distribution is as follows:

• Site 1: 10 articles

• Site 2: 12 articles

• Site 3: 8 articles

• Site 4: 7 articles

• Site 5: 8 articles

Available Resources:

• Editors (3): Each can handle 15 articles/day

o Editor A: Can edit all websites

o Editor B: Can edit Sites 2, 3, 4 only

o Editor C: Can edit all except Site 4

• Writers (8): Each can write 5–6 articles/day

• Uploaders (11): Each can upload 5 articles/day

• Fact Checkers (3): Each can check up to 20 articles/day

Instructions:

1. Use the free version of [Link] or ClickUp to design a workflow that organizes and
executes this project effectively.

2. Record a video showcasing your setup: workflows, dashboards, and logic used.

3. In your video, please answer:

o How does your process operate?

o Where is the bottleneck in the current structure?

o Is the bottleneck acceptable, or should it be fixed?


o How would you prioritize and assign tasks to different team members?

o How would you ensure productivity without constantly checking in?

o What are the risk factors involved, and how would you address them?

o How would you report progress to leadership every 2–3 hours?

o How would you summarize performance on a weekly basis?

o What KPIs would you use to measure team and individual productivity?

Task 2: Answer These Questions in Your Video

Please conclude your video by answering the following:

1. Are you currently pursuing college? If yes, how do you plan to manage a full-time
internship?

2. What is your long-term career goal?

3. Are you comfortable using a time-tracking tool on your computer during this work-from-
home internship?
